I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting adults through life’s challenges with empathy, curiosity, and care. Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating self-doubt, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a compassionate space to help you reconnect with your sense of self and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with adults recovering from trauma, including childhood abuse, sexual trauma, and domestic violence, as well as those struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, people pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. I also offer affirming care for neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD, and for LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring identity, self-trust, and belonging. I believe healing happens in relationship, and my approach is collaborative, relational, and deeply accepting.

My therapeutic style is rooted in person centered and psychodynamic approaches, and I often incorporate tools from DBT, ACT, and mindfulness when helpful. Above all, I want therapy with me to feel like a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that have felt misunderstood or shamed.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from California State University Fullerton and completed my practicum at Straight Talk Counseling, a community clinic in Orange County. Since graduating, I have also worked at partial hospitalization programs in Santa Ana and Newport Beach, providing care for individuals with more intensive mental health needs. I have completed a forty hour domestic violence advocacy training and continue to expand my education in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care.

As I work toward full licensure, I am supervised by Dr. Marilyn Davis PhD, ensuring that I provide the highest quality of care to my clients.
